PMAV assistance
Securing properties with a PMAV
Due to the cessation of the AgForward Project, PMAV assistance will no longer be provided free of charge. These services are now available on a fee-for-service basis. Please contact AgForce Projects for a quote today.
PMAVs lock in exempt, white (non remnant) native vegetation areas, ensuring its classification remains the same into the future. PMAVs are recorded in the land registry and are linked to the land title, thus it is transferred with the property when sold.
A detailed PMAV is used to dispute vegetation classifications and areas landholders believe are incorrectly mapped on RE and regrowth vegetation maps.
Staff can also help producers apply for various permits: clearing encroachment, clearing for infrastructure, thinning, fodder harvesting and clearing for weeds or pests.
