CSG news for Central Queensland

Earlier this year, the CSG team travelled and delivered CSG information sessions to landholders in Gracemere, Mundubbera and Moura, all with solid turnouts. Also in attendance was Glen Martin (Legal Aid representative) to give much-needed assistance and legal advice to landholders who were affected by pipeline issues in their areas.

The Moura session attracted much attention from landholders who had recently been issued Entry Notices from QGC under their ATP769. We would like to reiterate to landholders that if they are issued with an Entry Notice from a company, ensure you receive all relevant documentation and obtain legal advice  before any negotiations commence.
